Learn how SVMs work and how they can be used to efficiently handle complex classification problems.

• Read CI chapter 9 Advanced Classiication: Kernel Methods and SVMs, pages 197 - 225.

What is a Support Vector Machine? What are Kenel Methods and the "kernel trick?" How might you apply SVMs to solve more challenging classification problems?
